Shipping Information
Orders are shipped from manufacture plants oversea, please allow 6 months for production and shipping. All shipment comes throught the ports in Long Beach, CA. While in port, cargo will go throught four steps: 1) unloading 2) sorting 3) customs 4) reloading for transport. Cargo can spend a week or two in customs. Once clear we will forward your merchanandise ASAP to any location you prefer. Shipping charges are calculated by the order amount you have placed. However, if your order GREATER than 10,000 pcs we take care of shipping cost. One of our sale representative will contact you within two weeks from arrivel for freight cost.

Return Policy
Nynya will accept returns under following conditions.
You must contact us within 10 days of receipt of order and request a return authorization number for defective merchandise from our customer service department. ANY merchandise found to be defective will be replaced. If the product, packages or cartons were not damaged during transport.
